<p>Für diese in Maharashtra (Zentralindien) beliebten Brotfladen</p>
<p><b>benötigt man:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>250 g Weizenmehl</li>
<li>Salz</li>
<li>etwas Öl</li>
<li>1/8 l Wasser</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Zubereitung:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Man mischt Mehl, Salz, Öl und Wasser und knetet die Masse bis ein (nicht zu weicher) Teig entsteht.</li>
<li>Den Teig zugedeckt mindestens 30 Minuten rasten lassen.</li>
<li>Danach kleine Bälle formen, die  man auf bemehlter Oberfläche rund ausrollt.</li>
<li>Dann faltet man den Teig zweimal in der Mitte, sodaß ein Dreieck entsteht. Nun rollt man den Teig nochmals zu runden Brotfladen aus.</li>
<li>Nachdem man auf beiden Seiten der Brotflade etwas Öl gegeben hat, gibt man diese in eine heiße Pfanne, in der man sie öfters wendet bis sie fertiggebacken ist.</li>

<li>4 Eßlöffel Öl</li>
<li>1/2 Teelöffel Gelbwurzpulver (Haldi/ Tumeric Powder)</li>
<li>1 roten Paprika od. 1 rote Chillischote</li>
<li>4 klein geschnittene Knoblauchzehen</li>
<li>1 große Zwiebel , klein geschnitten</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Zubereitung:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Die Fisolen waschen und in kleine Stücke schneiden</li>
<li>In einer Pfanne erhitzt man das Öl und gibt dann das Gelbwurzpulver, den Paprika bzw. die Chillischote und den Knoblauch dazu.</li>
<li>Nach kurzem Durchrösten gibt man noch die Zwiebel und die Fisolen dazu.</li>
<li>Das Gemüse wird solange bei niedriger Hitze geröstet bis es weich ist.</li>
<li>Zum Schluß je nach Geschmack Salz hinzufügen.</li>
</ul>
